6. Natural or man-made disaster affecting region

·         Test scenarios

·         Deliver draft of PLAN

Publish the PLAN (present to management for approval)

Conduct meeting with employees to roll out the PLAN

Test the PLAN (table top and full scale)

Appoint personnel to modify PLAN (living document) and schedule testing
