As two small, family-owned businesses spanning multiple generations, The Miller Group and RIGGS Company have a lot in common. The Miller Group and RIGGS, a home construction company, first formed their relationship in the 1990s when Mike Miller and Tom Riggs were leading their businesses. In 2010, as the third generation of RIGGS was transitioning into leadership, The Miller Group became their managed IT service partner.

Over the years, The Miller Group has helped install a new firewall, implement a security protocol, launch Microsoft Office 365 and much more. We also successfully migrated their website from the previous host without losing any information and with minimal downtime.
In 2017, we assisted RIGGS in relocating their office to a newer, modern space in Kirkwood, Missouri. Without a hitch, we were able to move all of their equipment and reconstruct it in their new space quickly and successfully thus avoiding a delay in business operations.
